Normalize Method

Normalize(ITextMap)

Creates a normalized version of this TextMapFragment, in which:

• All intersecting TextLineFragment objects are combined.
• All TextLineFragment objects are sorted first by LineIndex and then by StartIndex.
• All TextLineFragment objects have valid Length which is not -1 and does not overlap line bounds.
